Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you (the business that uses the service) and CourierPing ("we"). By creating an account or using CourierPing, you accept them.

1. The service

CourierPing is an online tool for e-commerce sellers. It reads data from the accounts you connect (such as Shopify, Meta ads, courier companies and WhatsApp Business) and shows reports such as true cost, parcels, payments and profit. If you switch them on, it can also send WhatsApp messages to your customers, record returns in Shopify and answer messages with an AI assistant.

2. Your account

• Accounts are by invitation. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for what is done with your login.
• The information you give us must be true, and you must be allowed to connect the accounts you connect.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

3. Free trial, plans and payment

• New accounts get a free trial (normally 14 days). After it ends, the app opens again once a plan is paid.
• Plans are paid in advance, in Pakistani rupees, by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa. You send the transaction ID from the Billing page and we switch the plan on after we have checked the payment.
• If a plan is not renewed, the app closes until it is paid. Your data is kept as described in our Privacy Policy.
• We may change prices. A new price applies from your next payment, and we tell you before it changes.
• Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

4. Your data and your connected accounts

• Your business data stays yours. We use it only to run the service for you, as set out in the Privacy Policy.
• Your use of Shopify, Meta, WhatsApp, courier companies and AI providers is also governed by their own terms. You must follow them, including WhatsApp's rules on messaging your customers.
• You are responsible for the messages sent to your customers from your account and for having their permission where the law or WhatsApp requires it.
• To help you with a problem, our support may look at your account (view only). Every such view is recorded.

5. Fair use

You may not use CourierPing for anything unlawful, to send spam, to harm others, to break or overload the service, or to copy or resell it. We may pause an account that does this.

6. Numbers and AI answers

Reports are calculated from the data your connected accounts give us and can be wrong if that data is wrong or late. AI answers can make mistakes. Check important numbers before you rely on them for business decisions.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep CourierPing running at all times but cannot promise it will never be down, for example when a connected service (such as a courier's system) is down. We may improve or change features over time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, CourierPing is not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost orders. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

9. Ending the service

You can stop using CourierPing at any time by not renewing your plan, and you can ask us to delete your account. We may close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why where we can.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
