What is CourierPing?
An online tool for e-commerce sellers who sell with cash on delivery. It connects your Shopify store, Meta ads, courier accounts and WhatsApp, and shows your real profit after every cost, including returns.
Who is it for?
Shopify sellers in Pakistan who ship with PostEx or Leopards, from one brand to many. If you run ads and lose money on returns, it is built for you.
Which couriers and tools work with it?
PostEx and Leopards for parcels and payments, Shopify for orders and returns, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) for ad spend, and WhatsApp Business (Cloud API) for messages. More couriers can be added on request.
How does the free trial work?
Every new account gets 14 days free with all features. No card is needed. When the trial ends, your data is kept and the app opens again as soon as you choose a plan.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa. Open Billing in the app, send the amount to one of the accounts shown, and enter the transaction ID. Your plan is switched on after we check the payment, usually within a few hours.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Plans are monthly and there is no contract. If you do not renew, the app closes at the end of the paid time. See our Refund policy for payments made by mistake.
How long does setup take?
About 15 minutes if you have your logins ready. The Connections page shows each step and tests every connection for you. We can also help you on WhatsApp.
Is my data safe? Can other sellers see it?
Every business has its own separate database, so no other customer can ever see your data. Keys and tokens are stored encrypted, passwords are never stored in readable form, and everything travels over HTTPS.
Will you see my data?
Only if you ask us for help. Support can open your account in a view-only mode in which nothing can be changed or sent, and every such view is recorded.
Do I need my own WhatsApp Business API?
For WhatsApp updates and the AI assistant, yes: a WhatsApp Business number on Meta's Cloud API with approved message templates. The guide in the app shows how to set it up. Everything else works without WhatsApp.
Does the AI assistant reply in Urdu?
Yes. It replies in the same language and script the customer uses: Roman Urdu, Urdu or English. It also understands voice notes.
Do I need my own AI key?
Depending on your plan, AI is either included or you add your own key from any company, such as Groq (free), OpenAI, Google Gemini or Anthropic Claude, in Settings.
Will it send messages or change my Shopify store without asking?
No. Order updates, the assistant and automatic returns stay off until you switch each one on. Reports only read your data.
How accurate are the numbers?
They come straight from your courier, Shopify and Meta accounts, so they are as accurate as those accounts. Orders still on the way are shown as estimates until they are delivered or returned.
Can I manage several brands?
Yes. Add each brand with its own store, ad accounts, courier accounts and WhatsApp number, and see them together or one by one.
